Wymagania
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Knowledge of the iGaming industry specifics; experience with CS2/e-sport platforms is a plus.
- Experience as a Team Leader or strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining extensive Design Systems.
- Ability to conduct Design Sprints.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and preferably JavaScript.
- Experience creating interactive prototypes with animations and component states.
- Knowledge of design best practices and creating intuitive RWD interfaces.
- Experience with user behavior analysis tools such as Hotjar and Clarity.
- Skills in Interaction / Motion Design to create engaging micro-interactions and animated UI components.
- Proficiency with tools Figma, FigJam, and Asana.
- Use of AI tools in daily work.
Obowiązki
- Build, develop, and maintain the Design System.
- Collaborate daily with developers and Product Owners without intermediaries.
- Lead Design Sprints.
- Support junior designers in the team.
- Implement Interaction and Motion Design, including animated UI components and micro-interactions.
- Present Low-Fi and High-Fi prototypes confidently to the team.
- Analyze user behavior with Hotjar and Clarity to optimize UX.
- Design retention and monetization mechanisms based on behavioral models (e.g., Hook Model).
