Do naszych projektów poszukujemy specjalistów Java, JavaScript, C embedded, C++, PHP, specjalistów od mobile, testerów oprogramowania, administratorów sieci i systemów i wielu innych.

• Strong hands-on experience with at least one: Java, Kotlin, Node.js.
• Proven experience building and delivering automation, reusable templates, reference implementations, developer tooling, or onboarding solutions.
• Good understanding of Developer Experience (DevEx) and standardisation to simplify software delivery.
• Experience creating reusable engineering patterns or solutions adoptable across teams.
• Strong production engineering mindset including security, resilience, observability, and supportability.
• Ability to create clear and practical technical documentation, how-to guides, and examples.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, or Internal Developer Platforms.
• Experience creating golden paths / paved roads for engineering teams.
• Experience with developer self-service solutions and large-scale environments.
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of DevExpress.

• Build and maintain golden-path templates, reusable patterns, and reference implementations that accelerate onboarding and reduce variation.
• Develop real-world examples based on production projects that teams can adopt and reuse.
• Improve and automate self-service developer onboarding at scale.
• Build and enhance developer tooling, automation, templates, and onboarding assets.
• Gather feedback from engineering teams and translate pain points into practical improvements.
• Work with engineering teams to resolve developer experience issues and track completion.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation, how-to guides, and implementation examples.
• Ensure templates and guidance follow production standards for security, resilience, observability, and supportability.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Risk & Control teams to deliver compliant solutions.
