IT Business Analyst – Project Management Tools

They operate an exciting, dynamic, and growing operations centre in Warsaw and Krakow, focusing on Corporate and Institutional Banking and Securities Services as a multi-asset servicing specialist.

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst focused on implementing, configuring, or optimizing Project Management or PPM tools.
• Strong ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Deep understanding of PPM logic and experience with enterprise-grade PM tools such as Broadcom Clarity (CA Clarity PPM), Planview, ServiceNow SPM, Jira Align, or similar.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing the full software development lifecycle including requirement gathering, UAT, and deployment.
• Fluent English in both written and spoken form.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for PMO and business owners, ensuring clear communication between business needs and technical delivery.
• Lead workshops and sessions to capture, analyze, and document business requirements, pain points, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical designs for tool configuration, workflows, and system enhancements.
• Drive the setup, maintenance, and enhancement of PPM modules (Resource Management, Financials, Demand & Portfolio Management, Timesheets, Dashboards).
• Oversee the lifecycle of tool enhancements, from requirement gathering, UAT, to deployment and release planning.
• Actively recommend best practices, governance standards, and innovative ways to use PM tools to improve organizational efficiency.
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot complex issues, and create documentation like process maps, user guides, and training materials.
