Infrastructure Security Engineer

Toyota Digital HUB & SSC (TME NV/SA) is Toyota Motor Europe's IT research and development centre established in 2026 in Wrocław. It develops and maintains software and connected digital services for Toyota and Lexus brands in Europe. The Cybersecurity team supports transformation by managing cyber risks, regulatory compliance, and enabling secure innovation.

• Experience in infrastructure security, network security, or related fields.
• Experience hardening operating systems including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments with varied stakeholders and technologies.
• Familiarity with hybrid-cloud security, cloud-connected infrastructure, and cloud-native security controls.
• Knowledge of security hardening frameworks such as CIS, ISO 27001, and NIST.

Certifications (Optional):

• CompTIA Security+
• EC-Council Certified Network Defender (CND)
• GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Core Technical Skills:

• Manage network segmentation, firewalling, and remote connectivity.
• Analyze security baselines, detect and remediate deviations.
• Configure secure OS settings, compliance baselines, and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Use endpoint protection technologies like anti-malware, EDR, and device control.
• Conduct vulnerability management with risk prioritization and remediation tracking.
• Apply security controls in server, virtualization, storage, and data-center environments.
• Automate tasks using scripting with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Implement AI use cases for security monitoring, vulnerability prioritization, incident triage, anomaly detection, and automation.

Communication & Collaboration Skills:

• Explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate effectively across teams.
• Promote continuous improvement, operational excellence, and knowledge sharing.

Permanent contract to start from October 2026. Location: Wrocław, Silver Tower Office Center. Hybrid work mode with typically 2 to 3 days per week in the office. Reporting line to Manager Infrastructure Security. Master’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
