Android Automotive OS (AAOS) Engineer

EPAM Systems is hiring for a role based in Katowice, focusing on Android Automotive OS (AAOS) engineering.

• Proficient in C and C++ programming languages
• Strong experience with Android Automotive OS (AAOS) and Android HAL
• Familiarity with Android SDK for building and testing
• Knowledge of Linux Kernel development and Yocto build system
• Exposure to Rust and virtualization tools like Xen is an advantage
• Experience with version control tools such as Git
• English language proficiency at B2 level is required

• Develop and maintain components for Android Automotive OS (AAOS)
• Work on Android Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) and related low-level drivers
• Implement features involving Linux Kernel, Yocto, and virtualization technologies like Xen
• Collaborate using version control systems such as Git
• Contribute to system-level software and integrations specific to automotive platforms
