Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Java
- Experience as a Tech Lead
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture
- Practical experience with event-driven architecture and synchronous/asynchronous integrations: REST, events, messaging
- Ability to work with RabbitMQ or similar messaging solutions
- Knowledge of Git, Maven, and Jenkins and ability to configure and adapt CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to build and enforce code quality standards, testing, and code review
- Willingness to share knowledge and mentor less experienced developers
- Experience using AI tools in SDLC and applying them to improve engineering work
