IT Business Analyst

KraftCode is a software house working on large-scale products with remote and hybrid work options from Wrocław. They emphasize independence, flexibility, and technical excellence and engage in international projects with small teams and a flat structure.

• 4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst / System Analyst in a software house
• Experience working on IT projects and software development
• Good understanding of application architecture and the software development lifecycle
• Experience working with existing products or systems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure and organize complex information
• Practical knowledge of User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Use Cases
• Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams
• Ability to create and interpret process diagrams (e.g., BPMN, UML)
• Very good command of English (minimum B2/C1)

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Create and interpret process diagrams such as BPMN and UML
• Work effectively with technical teams on IT projects and software development
• Use User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Use Cases as part of requirements documentation
• Support work in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to have:

• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations
• Experience working with international clients
• Familiarity with tools such as Miro, FigJam, or draw.io
