Serwisant / Administrator Aplikacji Biznesowych

Upvanta is hiring for roles in business application maintenance and administration, offering work on real business processes and application support in a hybrid model in Poznań.

• Technical education, minimum secondary, preferably higher
• At least 1 year of experience in technical service or a similar role is welcomed
• Experience in client or user contact
• Readiness to learn and gradually assume responsibility for maintained applications
• Above basic/intermediate knowledge of SQL
• Skills in Excel, including working with macros
• Ability to read and analyze structured files such as XML, JSON, XLSX
• Process modeling using UML and/or BPMN

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Jira
• Knowledge of Confluence
• Experience with business systems/applications

• Configuring and parameterizing business applications
• Supporting users in application operations
• Customizing applications for deployment needs
• Analyzing application functioning and cooperating with business users
• Receiving, categorizing, and assigning tickets
• Analyzing tickets and identifying problem causes
• Independently resolving problems
• Collaborating and coordinating actions with other support groups
• Monitoring ticket resolution processes
• Updating and expanding knowledge base
• Analyzing technical documentation and application information
