Technical Sales Support Specialist with German

Our Client is a global company providing technical and industrial solutions to customers worldwide. The role is based in Poland, Warsaw, within an international team.

• Experience in technical customer support, customer service, inside sales or sales support.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, electrical, mechanical or technical products environment is an advantage.
• Ability to understand technical documentation, product specifications and engineering drawings.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM, ERP or CPQ/configuration systems is a plus.
• Good organization skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent German and English languages.
• A technical or business-related degree is welcome, but equivalent professional experience is considered.

• Responding to customers’ technical questions and providing product support.
• Troubleshooting standard and moderately complex technical issues.
• Helping customers with product selection and configuration.
• Working with product specifications, technical documentation and engineering drawings.
• Supporting the quotation process for modified or customized products.
• Coordinating the quote-to-order process for modified products.
• Supporting customer claims and service-related requests.
• Keeping customer and case information up to date in CRM systems.
• Working closely with Sales, Customer Care, Engineering, Product Management, Quality and Operations.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer service.
