- Minimum 2 years experience with the Comarch ERP Optima system
- Practical knowledge of Trade, Warehouse, and Logistics modules
- Ability to analyze business processes and adapt ERP solutions to client needs
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Independent and well-organized work style
- Strong communication skills and experience working with business users
- Communicative English
Nice to have:
- Experience in standalone implementations of Comarch ERP systems
- Knowledge of additional Comarch ERP Optima modules
- Experience with Comarch ERP XL
- Experience conducting training for users
Obowiązki
- Analyze business processes and design solutions tailored to client needs
- Configure and implement Comarch ERP Optima in Trade, Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse Management
- Integrate Comarch ERP Optima with cooperating systems
- Conduct user training and prepare documentation and instructions
- Handle customer reports and provide ongoing technical and substantive support
- Perform data analyses and SQL queries
- Monitor system updates and develop personal competencies
