Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Experience managing a recruitment or sales team
- Knowledge of the SSC/BPO sector and recruitment processes within this area
- Very good command of English (min. B2)
- Ability to build lasting business relationships and negotiate
- Strong motivation for achieving goals and developing the team
Obowiązki
- Managing a team of consultants including development, motivation, and goal support
- Overseeing recruitment projects for SSC/BPO clients, from specialist to managerial roles
- Building a team culture based on cooperation and knowledge sharing
- Supporting clients with employment strategies and HR consulting
- Actively acquiring new clients and maintaining long-term business relationships
- Monitoring team performance and implementing improvements in recruitment processes
