Senior Fullstack AI Engineer

IIG sp. z o.o. is a company working on various projects with clients such as Autopay, the Ministry of Finance, the Polish Volleyball Federation, and the Central IT Centre.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Software Developer, preferably with Java and Angular
• Practical experience in software development teams and knowledge of the full application lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience designing and deploying AI-based solutions within SDLC using tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, M365 Copilot, and open-source models
• Practical skills in building AI agents, workflows, skills, and prompts and integrating them with development environments (repositories, CI/CD, code review, testing)
• Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development and modern AI-supported software engineering practices
• Familiarity with concepts of LLM, RAG, automation, and agent architectures; experience with frameworks like LangGraph and the MCP protocol is a plus
• Experience with production deployment of AI solutions including configuration, integration, hardening, monitoring, and iterative development
• Strong communication and consulting skills for interaction with technical teams, managers, and directors

• Implement AI tools and solutions in IT development teams, including configuration and environment integration
• Design and build AI agent workflows, create skills, prompts, and unified usage standards along with technical documentation
• Provide hands-on engineering support to teams working with deployed AI solutions during project cycles
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and standardize practices among teams through pair/mob programming and joint code reviews
• Ensure team autonomy in maintaining and developing AI solutions after implementation
