ServiceNow HRSD Developer

• Approximately 8 to 10 years of experience in HR processes.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (HRSD preferred) for 2-3+ years.
• Good understanding of HR operations: employee lifecycle, case management, knowledge management.
• Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Now Assist and/or AI Agents.
• ServiceNow CIS-HRSD certification.

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications and services including AI Agents.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
• Implement and maintain HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, case management, and knowledge management.
• Ensure the seamless integration of ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HRSD-related issues.
• Stay current with ServiceNow HRSD updates and new features, and implement enhancements as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR service delivery.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
