Scrum Master

In4ge is a recruitment company focused on connecting talented employees with suitable companies to foster growth and success. They seek a Scrum Master with a strong technical background to organize the work of a development and modernization team on the contractor side.

• Higher education (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience in IT project execution.
• At least 3 years experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects with budgets of at least 100,000 PLN net (mandatory).
• Knowledge and skills commensurate with certificates: PSM I, PSM II, or UML2 Foundation.
• Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps for agile SCRUM project management.
• General knowledge of web application architecture in .NET (ASP.NET Core) and JavaScript (React, Angular).
• Knowledge of version control systems (GIT) and automation of builds, tests, and deployments (CI/CD).
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• English language proficiency sufficient for working with technical documentation (B2 level).

• Organize and coordinate the work of the team as Scrum Master for application development and modernization.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies, remove project impediments, and ensure team efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and client architects.
• Monitor and support CI/CD and release processes.
