• Minimum 3 years of experience designing and developing business solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Practical knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure, Microsoft 365, Azure Functions, and SharePoint.
• Ability to conduct business requirements analysis.
• Ability to specify requirements and estimate effort.
• Project experience in IT consulting or implementation projects.
• Participation in at least 4 IT projects.

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Experience assessing AI and low-code/no-code solutions for business needs.
• Experience designing and implementing AI agents, digital assistants, or business chatbots.
• Knowledge of knowledge bases based on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft 365 resources.
• Familiarity with concepts like Generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, and safe AI use principles.
• Experience designing integrations between Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, data sources, and external systems.
• Experience preparing prototypes, pilots, and MVPs with business value assessment.

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
• Microsoft Applied Skills related to Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, or Generative AI.

• Designing and developing business solutions based on the Power Platform.
• Analyzing business needs and requirements.
• Translating business requirements into IT solution concepts.
• Preparing requirement specifications and estimating implementation effort.
• Collaborating with functional domain managers, analysts, and architects.
• Designing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Integrating solutions with Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and external systems.
• Depending on the project, working with solutions involving AI, Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
