Senior Project / Delivery Manager

• 6+ years of experience in Project or Delivery Management in IT, Consulting, or Software development with focus on Intelligent Automation or Digital Transformation
• Understanding of workflow automation concepts and lifecycle with high Intelligent Automation literacy
• Familiarity with IA stacks such as RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and BPM/Workflow technologies (Camunda, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian)
• Expertise in P&L management, project budgeting, financial risk management, and pricing models (Fixed Price, T&M, Managed Services)
• Experience delivering complex, mid-to-large-scale portfolios for international clients
• Background in supporting pre-sales cycles, RFP/RFI responses, and delivering business consulting or advisory services
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English

• Deliver mid-to-high-size portfolios of Intelligent Automation projects ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
• Manage diverse commercial and delivery models including Fixed Scope, Time & Materials, and Managed Services agreements
• Take full ownership of project financials, budget tracking, margin optimization, revenue forecasting, and P&L accountability
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders using knowledge of the Intelligent Automation tech stack
• Participate in pre-sales activities, scoping, estimations, RFP responses, and client pitches
• Provide business consultancy to clients to identify automation opportunities, scale IA programs, and maximize ROI
• Contribute to practice growth, capability building, and knowledge sharing
• Mentor junior and mid-level project managers and collaborate with architects, developers, and business analysts
• Maintain communication standards with C-level stakeholders, business sponsors, and delivery teams; drive alignment and manage expectations
