MLOPS

Link Group is recruiting for a role focused on MLOps and machine learning projects, collaborating closely with ML Experts and Data Scientists to build prototypes and production models in an interdisciplinary environment.

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in Machine Learning/DevOps or MLOps.
• Strong programming skills in Python (at least 3 years, preferably in ML projects).
• Practical knowledge of ML infrastructure design for model deployments (data flow management, scalability, model lifecycle).
• Experience managing self-hosted MLOps solutions such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Proficiency with containerization and deployment automation tools including Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift/OKD4, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Argo CD.
• Experience working with large datasets and Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions.
• Ability to identify user needs and translate them into practical applications of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.

Nice to have:

• Solid foundational knowledge in ML domain and eagerness to grow in MLOps area.

• Develop and configure MLOps tools ecosystem with particular focus on MLflow.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and machine learning model lifecycle using tools like Jenkins and MLflow.
• Maintain, refactor, and extend production codebase written in Python.
• Manage container orchestration platform (OpenShift, OKD4) and standardize production deployment processes.
• Diagnose, optimize, and troubleshoot production environments concerning ML/AI solution performance.
• Implement security standards, governance, and ensure regulatory compliance for AI/ML systems.
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Analysts to convert prototypes into production services.
• Provide analytical and technical support for new projects and create cohesive technical and process documentation.
