IAM Consultant

Reply specialises in designing and implementing solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. • Degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable mix of education and practical experience.
• Good understanding of IAM principles, authorization concepts and entitlement structures.
• Experience with application documentation or access-management processes.
• Understanding of access risks, entitlement criticality, and recertification logic.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, and ability to work effectively with Application Owners, IT managers, and technical teams.
• Fluent English and Polish skills.
• Openness to regular visits to the Katowice office (1-2 times a week).

Nice to have:

• Experience in insurance sector or similar area with strong regulations.

• Review existing authorization and entitlement documentation.
• Pre-fill the cloud-based documentation tool based on available information.
• Prepare and organize application onboarding activities, required inputs and guide Application Owners and Application Teams through the onboarding process.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and unclear or missing information.
• Support stakeholders through review and sign-off.

This position requires openness to regular visits to the Katowice office (1-2 times a week).
