Lead AI Strategist

Future Mind is a tech consulting company, part of Solita Group since 2023 with 2200+ people. They have delivered over 300 projects in retail, e-commerce, travel, and insurance, including data and AI solutions. They are one of the first Anthropic resellers in Europe.

• 6+ years in consulting, digital strategy, product management, or business transformation.
• At least 2 years leading a portfolio of AI engagements with proven impact shown by measurable results.
• Strong structuring skills to bring order to ambiguous problems.
• Daily use and build of AI agents and automations with tools like Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Lovable.
• Ability to build and defend business cases before CFOs.
• Comfortable working with both engineers and executives, explaining technology in business terms.
• Self-starter attitude with ownership of outcomes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• Domain knowledge in retail, e-commerce, travel, or insurance.
• Experience in selling advisory services and growing client accounts.
• Understanding of data and collaboration with data engineers regarding sources, quality, and integrations.
• Experience with enterprise platforms and frameworks for building AI agents (e.g., Agent Bricks, Genie, Microsoft Foundry, Claude SDK, LangChain).
• Involvement in articles, talks, or side projects about applied AI.

• Lead AI engagements end to end: discovery, business case, product definition, rollout, and measuring results.
• Run workshops with management and operational teams to understand processes, bottlenecks, and data.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases, building roadmaps with value estimates.
• Translate strategy into requirements and success criteria for engineers.
• Prototype ideas using tools like Claude and Lovable for early client testing.
• Design adoption strategies including training, change management, and internal AI champions.
• Advise senior stakeholders on trade-offs and risks, recommend course changes as needed.
• Shape proposals, scope and price engagements, and participate in pitches.
• Develop Future Mind's AI offering, methods, playbooks, hiring, and mentor new strategists.
