• 7+ years in IT industry with minimum 5+ years as Solution Architect on Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects
• Strong knowledge of SFRA, ISML, and Demandware Script
• Expertise in Business Manager and Salesforce APIs (OCAPI, SCAPI)
• Proven experience delivering e-commerce projects within Fashion, Retail, or Luxury sectors
• Ability to adapt communication styles and handle high-pressure or conflicting situations with diplomacy and empathy
• Talent for simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical decision-makers
• Capability to inspire technical teams and collaborate with System Integrators, agencies, and stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1+ level)

• Lead workshops and presentations with CDOs, CTOs, and E-commerce Directors, adapting technical language for business stakeholders
• Demonstrate active listening to understand brand-specific nuances and align technology solutions accordingly
• Act as a consulting partner guiding clients on Salesforce Commerce Cloud best practices and proactively proposing solutions
• Manage expectations, mitigate risks, and align technological priorities between parent group and individual boutiques
• Architect end-to-end solutions within Salesforce B2C Commerce ecosystem ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• Define development guidelines for Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), SiteGenesis, and modern Headless/Composable commerce scenarios
• Design integration flows between SFCC and third-party systems such as OMS, ERP, PIM, CRM, and Payment Gateways
• Oversee development teams and System Integrators, ensuring adherence to design patterns, quality standards, and platform constraints
