Wymagania
- 7+ years in IT with minimum 5+ years as a Solution Architect on Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects
- Strong knowledge of SFRA, ISML, and Demandware Script
- Expertise in Business Manager and Salesforce APIs (OCAPI, SCAPI)
- Proven experience delivering e-commerce projects in Fashion, Retail, or Luxury sectors
- Skilled in adapting communication styles and handling high-pressure situations with diplomacy and empathy
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical decision-makers
- Capability to inspire technical teams and collaborate with System Integrators and corporate stakeholders
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+)
Obowiązki
- Lead workshops and presentations with CDOs, CTOs, and E-commerce Directors of individual Maisons, adapting technical language for business stakeholders
- Demonstrate active listening to understand the unique heritage of each Maison and align technology with brand identities
- Act as a consulting partner, guiding clients through Salesforce Commerce Cloud best practices and proactively proposing solutions
- Manage expectations, mitigate risks, and align group technological priorities with individual digital boutiques
- Architect end-to-end solutions within the Salesforce B2C Commerce ecosystem ensuring scalability, security, and performance
- Define development guidelines for Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), SiteGenesis, and headless/composable commerce scenarios
- Design integration flows between SFCC and third-party systems (OMS, ERP, PIM, CRM, Payment Gateways)
- Oversee development teams and System Integrators to ensure adherence to design patterns, code quality, and platform constraints
