Salesforce Commerce Cloud Solution Architect, Director

The role supports digital evolution and e-commerce initiatives for a luxury & fashion group, focusing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions.

• 7+ years in IT with a minimum of 5+ years as a Solution Architect on Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SFRA, ISML, and Demandware Script
• Expertise with Business Manager and Salesforce APIs (OCAPI, SCAPI)
• Proven experience delivering e-commerce projects in Fashion, Retail, or Luxury sectors
• Excellent communication skills capable of adapting styles and handling high-pressure or conflicting situations diplomatically
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical decision-makers
• Experience inspiring technical teams and collaborating with System Integrators, agencies, and corporate stakeholders
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+)

• Lead workshops and presentations with CDOs, CTOs, and E-commerce Directors, adapting technical language for business stakeholders
• Actively listen to understand the unique brand identities of each Maison
• Serve as a consulting partner guiding clients through Salesforce Commerce Cloud best practices
• Manage expectations, mitigate risks, and align technology priorities between the parent group and individual boutiques
• Architect end-to-end solutions within the Salesforce B2C Commerce ecosystem focusing on scalability, security, and performance
• Define development guidelines for SFRA, SiteGenesis, and modern Headless/Composable commerce scenarios
• Design integration flows between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and third-party systems (OMS, ERP, PIM, CRM, Payment Gateways)
• Oversee development teams and System Integrators ensuring adherence to design patterns, code quality, and platform constraints
