Wymagania
- Extensive experience as a Product Manager or similar role with roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder cooperation.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and autonomous decision-making abilities.
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-centric approach with deep understanding of client needs.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level.
Obowiązki
- Define vertical-specific customer experience product vision and strategy.
- Translate user requirements and customer insights into actionable product requirements.
- Prioritize product feature backlog and plan mid-term roadmaps autonomously.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, research, data science, analytics, communications, technical leaders, and support teams.
- Define and track operational and success KPIs linked to business goals.
- Engage internal stakeholders up to CL8 level for alignment.
- Optimize resource use by recommending strategic next steps.
- Apply data-driven frameworks for problem solving and analytical approach selection.
- Provide structured written decision proposals supported by rationale.
- Execute high-rigor decisions considering customer problems and business needs.
- Lead parts of the team’s work, including ambiguous situations.
- Mentor and coach junior PMs to grow product methodology and leadership.
- Maintain peer networks to identify and advance cross-product opportunities.
