Python Engineer (with LangGraph)

Our customer is a multinational corporation with more than a century of history and offices in over 180 countries. Intellias helps the client engineering a comprehensive software ecosystem for an innovative IoT product. Teams develop core platform components for best-in-class eCommerce, Digital Marketing, and IoT solutions. The Platform accelerates software development and delivery by providing services, technologies, practices, and compliance for engineering teams.

• Strong experience with Python, focusing on LangGraph nodes, edges, and graphs.
• Skills in checkpointing workflows using SQLite, Redis, and PostgreSQL with LangGraph.
• Experience implementing Human-in-the-Loop workflows.
• Knowledge of retry, timeout, and fallback patterns in LangGraph.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry tracing across orchestration steps.
• At least 4 years of Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph or LangChain agent orchestration.
• Proficiency in asynchronous Python programming with asyncio.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS Bedrock integration.
• Multi-agent workflow testing.
• Using LangSmith trace visualization.

• Design and implement AI agent workflows using LangGraph and Python.
• Build and maintain graph-based orchestration logic using nodes, edges, and state transitions.
• Implement workflow checkpointing and recovery with SQLite, Redis, or PostgreSQL backends.
• Develop Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows for approval, escalation, and intervention.
• Design resilient execution patterns including retries, timeouts, fallback handling, and failure recovery.
• Develop asynchronous workflow execution using Python asyncio.
• Implement OpenTelemetry tracing across orchestration layers and workflow steps.
• Troubleshoot workflow execution issues and optimize performance, reliability, and observability.
• Collaborate with platform and AI engineering teams to build scalable agent-driven solutions.
• Create automated tests for workflow reliability, state transitions, and recovery.
• Contribute to engineering standards and best practices for agent orchestration and workflow management.
