Wymagania
- Higher education in economics, analytics, IT, process management, or related fields
- Minimum two years of experience as a business-system analyst
- High communication skills and teamwork ability
- Independence, responsibility, and engagement
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Knowledge of system communication and IT software development process
- Ability to work with IT teams and business units
- Experience preparing system specifications
- Understanding of data models
- Experience in process modeling
- Knowledge of BPMN process mapping tools
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience working in agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum), including creating user stories with acceptance criteria
Nice to have:
- Experience in banking
- Knowledge of Adonis and Ferryt platforms
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases and data warehouses
Obowiązki
- Provide analytic support in designing, producing, and testing IT systems
- Gather requirements for changes in products, systems, and processes
- Prepare functional-system specifications collaboratively with business partners and external vendors
- Translate requirements into system descriptions and integrations with other systems
- Describe detailed modifications in databases, processes, and system interfaces including input/output data, function descriptions, and constraints
- Prepare feasibility analyses of solutions
- Maintain analytical documentation
- Execute and prepare functional tests, ensure solution quality, and support software acceptance
- Collaborate within an agile project team
