Deviniti is hiring a Senior Atlassian Consultant to work remotely from Wrocław. The team consists of 12 members including Team Leader, ITSM and PMO/PPM Solution Designers, and Atlassian Consultants. The role involves supporting business clients with Atlassian ecosystem tools, focusing on PPM/PMO process improvements.
Wymagania
- Experience as consultant or administrator with Atlassian products
- Direct experience working closely with business clients, gathering requirements independently
- High degree of autonomy managing client topics end-to-end
- Skills in configuring and customizing Atlassian products
- Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes and agile/project management methodologies
- Troubleshooting skills
- Proficient communication in English (C1) and Polish (B2)
Nice to have:
- Scripting skills (Groovy/ScriptRunner)
- Atlassian certifications (ACP) and/or ITIL
- Knowledge of Azure and SharePoint
- Education in IT or business fields
Obowiązki
- Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for migration to Atlassian Cloud
- Design and implement Atlassian Cloud solutions aligned with client goals
- Configure and customize Atlassian products (Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence)
- Advise on process best practices (ITSM, PMO/PPM, ESM, Agile) ensuring compliance with Atlassian Cloud capabilities
- Train client teams on Atlassian Cloud tools and best practices
- Resolve technical problems during and post-migration to Atlassian Cloud
- Monitor Atlassian Cloud updates and trends, including new AI and automation features, to propose innovative solutions to clients
