IT Support Specialist

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Helpdesk, or similar roles
• Ability to independently diagnose hardware and user environment issues
• Practical experience supporting end users
• Experience with business systems like ERP, CRM, MES, or SRM
• Fluent communication skills in English, used regularly at work
• Good communication with users and ability to translate business problems into IT language
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and solution-oriented
• Interest in technology and problem-solving beyond standard instructions

Nice to have:

• Experience in an international organization
• Participation in IT system implementations or development
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Knowledge of project management or project management certification
• Experience in a production environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with non-technical people

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for Sinoboom employees in Poland, the Netherlands, and the UK, both remotely and locally
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system access issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment
• Perform basic network infrastructure tasks including network patching and hardware support
• Support users of business systems such as ERP, CRM, MES, and SRM
• Collect user requirements related to digitalization and new IT solutions
• Collaborate with the central Sinoboom IT team in requirements analysis and business solution implementation
• Participate in local and international projects related to software implementation and development
• Collaborate with users and teams from different countries and cultures
