Senior Scrum Master -> Junior RTE

The project is delivered for an international company in the healthcare sector, supporting teams working in an Agile and Scaled Agile environment.

• 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master.
• Experience working in an ART or other scaled agile environment.
• Advanced knowledge of configuring Jira and Jira Dashboards.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Jira Plan / Advanced Roadmaps and Jira Structure configurations.
• Thriving in Agile Leadership roles.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support effective Agile delivery.
• Coordinate dependencies, blockers, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Support PI Planning and other ART-level ceremonies.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Support coordination and alignment across the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Gradually take on responsibilities of a Junior Release Train Engineer (RTE).
• Configure and manage Jira, dashboards, boards, and reporting.

Recruitment process involves 1 interview plus an additional interview may be required.
