The CDMA Product Area delivers essential technology platforms that enable clinical trial operations and evidence generation across Diagnostics R&D. The team manages the core clinical trial ecosystem including CTMS and Veeva eTMF, and is responsible for converging these systems into an integrated, AI-ready platform aimed at accelerating diagnostic approval timelines and supporting the CDMA 2030 vision of delivering trials 15% faster and cheaper. Wymagania
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and systems integration.
- Experience managing technical lifecycle of enterprise SaaS platforms; familiarity with clinical systems such as CTMS and Veeva eTMF preferred.
- Expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to design, deploy, and maintain complex API integrations and data pipelines.
- Interest or experience integrating AI/ML or GenAI tools into enterprise workflows.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity and secure software development practices.
- Capability to identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges.
- Solid knowledge of software quality management and performance metrics.
- Experience with Agile and Lean Programming (LEAP) methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders in Clinical Development and Medical Affairs.

Technical Stewardship & Architecture:
- Own the technical vision and maintain solution architecture ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Manage platform lifecycle including release management, technical debt reduction, and GIS/security compliance.
- Evaluate and implement modern tooling, frameworks, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Establish and enforce best practices such as CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, system monitoring, and code reviews.
Technical Execution & Delivery:
- Spend significant time hands-on coding, building complex API integrations.
- Manage toolsets for product team and translate business requirements into technical tasks applying Agile and Lean Programming.
- Identify and mitigate technical and architectural risks; establish software quality metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as primary technical contact for stakeholders across R&D and Clinical Development & Medical Affairs.
- Partner with Head of Product to translate business strategy into technical roadmaps.
