QA / Integration Test Engineer

People More is a technology company working on projects from scratch or supporting partners in their own solutions. They serve a large client base in Poland and abroad, working directly for clients worldwide on various projects including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile.

• Commercial experience in software testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Experience creating test cases and test scenarios from requirements and specifications.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, and acceptance testing.
• Ability to identify risks and proactively address quality issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with test automation.
• Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
• Experience with performance testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments.
• Knowledge of Linux and databases.
• Experience working with cloud-based applications.
• Very good English and Polish language skills.
• Willingness to travel to Oman for customer implementations, with trips lasting up to 2-3 weeks when required.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and quality expectations.
• Design and maintain test cases based on business and technical documentation.
• Review and align test scenarios with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
• Prepare test sets for customer acceptance testing.
• Plan and execute functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Support performance and scalability testing activities.
• Identify quality risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Execute tests and document results using Jira and other testing tools.
• Report and track defects, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
• Prepare regular test reports and quality metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
• Identify automation opportunities and support test automation initiatives.

Candidates must be willing to travel to Oman for customer implementations, with trips lasting up to 2-3 weeks when required. The recruitment process includes remote interviews.
