AI Engineer

DCG is a recruiting company operating in Wrocław, focusing on supporting partners with recruitment projects and AI-related software development.

• Minimum 5 years software development experience with practical knowledge of at least one language: Python, C#, or Java
• Experience designing and implementing services, APIs, integrations, databases, and automated tests; ability to work at the business-technology interface
• Participation in at least one AI solution used by real users with a clear contribution to code and architecture
• Practical use of AI tools or agents in software development processes including requirements refinement, change planning, implementation, testing, and documentation
• Knowledge of IT security and data processing in regulated environments
• Ability to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of MS Azure, including parameterization and hardening
• Practical experience with DevOps and CI/CD
• Experience working with cloud, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (OpenShift, Kubernetes)
• Experience in regulated organizations (e.g., financial sector)
• Familiarity with MLOps and model lifecycle management tools

• Design and implement applications and services using AI models, including LLM, focusing on business logic, integration, and error handling
• Identify areas for automation and optimization using AI
• Integrate AI models with existing IT systems and business applications
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for developed solutions
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on deployment automation and monitoring
• Implement security, data protection, and regulatory compliance requirements working with security, legal, and compliance teams
• Optimize AI solution performance and costs
• Document and standardize technical processes

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
