GCP DevSecOps Engineer

Join a global cloud engineering team responsible for building and securing enterprise-scale Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. The role involves improving security, automation, and operational excellence, enabling the adoption of Google Cloud across a large international organization. The team designs secure cloud solutions using Infrastructure as Code and develops scalable platform services supporting business-critical applications.

• Strong commercial experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with GKE, Cloud Build, Cloud Run, and cloud-native architectures
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and SRE principles
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash
• Experience with Helm, FluxCD, or similar deployment tools
• Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, compliance, and monitoring
• Strong understanding of containers and Kubernetes
• Fluent in English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud data services
• Knowledge of Config Connector
• Experience working in highly regulated environments
• Familiarity with risk management and security compliance frameworks
• Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer or Professional Cloud Security Engineer)

• Design, build, and maintain cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform
• Develop and automate infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Implement cloud security controls and improve overall security posture
• Configure and manage GCP services including GKE, Cloud Build, Cloud Run, and BigQuery
• Integrate centralized cloud services such as IAM, networking, logging, and monitoring
• Ensure compliance with cloud security and operational standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to continuously improve platform reliability and automation
