MLOps

Link Group is offering a role in an interdisciplinary environment collaborating daily with ML Experts and Data Scientists building prototypes and production models. The position involves close cooperation with specialists from DevOps and MLOps to support integration and project onboarding.

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in Machine Learning, DevOps, or MLOps.
• Strong programming skills in Python with at least 3 years of practical experience, preferably in ML projects.
• Practical knowledge in designing ML infrastructure architectures, data flow management, scalability, and model lifecycle.
• Experience managing self-hosted MLOps solutions such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar.
• Proficiency with containerization tools (Docker), container platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift/OKD4), and deployment automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD).
• Experience working with large datasets and natural language processing (NLP) solutions.
• Business-oriented approach to identify user needs and translate them into practical AI and advanced analytics applications.

• Develop and configure the MLOps tool ecosystem, focusing on MLflow.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and machine learning model lifecycle using Jenkins and MLflow.
• Maintain, refactor, and extend production Python codebase.
• Manage container orchestration platforms (OpenShift, OKD4) and standardize model deployment processes.
• Diagnose, optimize, and troubleshoot production environments for ML/AI performance.
• Implement security standards, governance, and ensure regulatory compliance for AI/ML systems.
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Analysts to transform prototypes into production services.
• Provide analytical and technical support for new projects and create consistent technical and process documentation.
