Our Creatio practice delivers enterprise CRM and BPM solutions across Sales, Service, and Process Automation domains. We are one of the largest and fastest-growing Creatio teams in the region, delivering complex international programs while maintaining a strong engineering culture. We partner closely with Creatio, participate in platform initiatives, and collaborate with product experts to help clients maximize investment value. The team includes architects, consultants, business analysts, developers, DevOps engineers, and delivery leaders focused on innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
Wymagania
- Advanced knowledge of C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core
- Strong software engineering and system integration experience
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and Angular
- Experience designing scalable enterprise applications
- Strong SQL and database design skills
- Extensive experience designing and implementing REST API
- Experience with OData services and enterprise integrations
- Strong understanding of Git workflows and branching strategies
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and release management
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, architecture principles, and clean code practices
- Experience conducting code reviews and technical mentoring
- Experience leading technical workstreams or development teams
- Ability to contribute to project estimation and solution design
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Willingness to obtain Creatio certifications within the first year if not already certified
- Communicating in English at a B2 level or higher
- EU citizenship or valid work permit to work in Poland is required
Obowiązki
- Lead development streams within complex Creatio implementations
- Drive technical quality and development best practices across projects
- Work closely with Solution Architects and Technical Architects on solution design
- Design scalable, maintainable, and secure CRM and BPM solutions
- Develop advanced customizations using C#, JavaScript, Freedom UI, and platform capabilities
- Review technical solutions and code produced by project teams
- Mentor Mid-Level and Junior Developers
- Define implementation approaches, integration patterns, and development standards
- Support estimations, proposal preparation, and pre-sales activities
- Collaborate directly with client technical teams and stakeholders
- Contribute to internal accelerators, reusable assets, and innovation initiatives
