Senior IT Analyst – Banking (k/m/x)

The position is part of an international project for one of the largest banks in Europe, focusing on developing digital banking solutions — web and mobile applications for business clients in the Nordic markets. The role involves working within Agile teams responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving digital products.

• Minimum 4 years of IT/business analysis experience in the banking sector
• Practical experience in gathering and documenting requirements
• Experience independently creating features and user stories
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners
• Strong practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Willingness to support manual testing
• Very good spoken and written English
• Ability to work in a hybrid model — 3 days weekly from office in Warsaw or Tricity

Nice to have:

• Experience in digital banking projects
• Knowledge of web application architecture
• Experience with Figma or other prototyping tools
• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)

• Analyze and document business needs and convert them into IT requirements
• Create features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner on product development and release planning
• Lead delivery efforts in cooperation with Business, IT, and Design teams
• Coordinate requirements with external suppliers
• Identify and resolve blockers and inter-team dependencies
• Support manual testing of business features and maintenance
• Work within an international Agile environment
