The role is within Group Technology's Power Platforms team, part of End-User Engineering & Operations, focusing on designing, building, and optimizing business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Wymagania
- Proven experience designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- Experience implementing AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and generative AI capabilities.
- Strong understanding of solution lifecycle management, environment strategy, security models, and application support practices.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure services, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
- Experience supporting solution governance, security, environment strategy, data management, and compliance requirements within an enterprise environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience driving business adoption and supporting end-user communities through training, enablement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve business applications and automated processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business-focused technology solutions.
Obowiązki
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio agents.
- Develop and maintain reusable solution blueprints, templates, components, connectivity, and design patterns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimize solution performance, and ensure scalability and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, strategic goals, and automation opportunities.
- Establish documentation and adoption activities while promoting Power Platform best practices.
