Solution Architect

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development with .NET/C#, including at least 2 years in software architecture for large-scale enterprise systems.
• Higher education degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven expertise in designing enterprise software solutions based on service-oriented architecture (SOA), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, including event-driven architectures, Apache Kafka, GraphQL, and Redis, with experience integrating complex software systems.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum), ability to lead technical discussions, define architectural standards, mentor teams, and communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
• English language proficiency at minimum C1 level.

• Defining and maintaining the overall solution architecture, designing scalable and secure systems based on business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Designing system interoperability and integration, including interfaces and ensuring consistency across distributed systems.
• Leading architectural governance, establishing standards, evaluating technologies, and selecting solutions.
• Supporting system planning and software development, including estimation, analysis, design, and change management.
• Producing technical documentation, providing technical leadership, and mentoring development teams.
