Cybersecurity Solutions Implementation Specialist

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security, including hands-on implementation and configuration of cybersecurity solutions
• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and network segmentation
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments
• Knowledge of containerization
• Practical knowledge of system hardening
• Very good knowledge of authentication and access control mechanisms, including MFA, Active Directory, LDAP and OAuth2
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Nessus or Qualys
• Knowledge of network traffic analysis tools such as Wireshark
• Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell, Python or Bash
• Knowledge of information security standards and regulations, including ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, DORA and NIS2 / UKSC
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under time pressure during security incidents
• Ability to communicate and transfer technical knowledge to users and administrators

Nice to have:

• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CEH
• Technical certifications from cybersecurity solution vendors
• Experience delivering cybersecurity implementation projects

• Installing, configuring and implementing security solutions, including Firewalls, SIEM, EDR, DLP and PAM
• Configuring and administering network and system solutions
• Performing security hardening of operating systems and infrastructure
• Configuring authentication and access control mechanisms
• Conducting acceptance and post-implementation testing (UAT)
• Verifying the effectiveness of implemented security measures
• Performing vulnerability and network traffic analysis
• Preparing technical and post-implementation documentation
• Supporting security incident handling and performing root cause analysis
• Automating implementation tasks using scripts
• Providing technical advice to IT and business teams on secure solution architecture
• Participating in procurement processes related to cybersecurity solutions
