Full Stack Developer

Agentica is an AI automation startup that designs and deploys custom AI products and agents for B2B clients worldwide. Its team delivers practical agentic AI solutions for clients ranging from cybersecurity software distributors to global Web3 companies.

• 5+ years experience building production web applications.
• Very strong command of Python as core daily work language.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and SQL: schema design, complex queries, and migrations.
• Experience working with event-driven systems and message queues like Kafka, understanding failure modes such as retries, idempotency, and ordering.
• Ability to design systems independently including data models, components, communication patterns, and failure modes.
• Comfortable taking ownership and making independent decisions.
• Experience using AI tools as productivity aids while maintaining strong engineering judgment.
• Strong TypeScript and React experience.
• Proficient with Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Clear communication skills and ability to write readable, maintainable code and documentation.

Nice to have:

• Experience with agent systems: LangChain, LangGraph, multi-step autonomous workflows.
• Hands-on production AI automations such as report generation and autonomous batch jobs.
• Knowledge of vector databases and graph stores: Qdrant, ChromaDB, Neo4j.
• Experience with business-process automation tools like n8n and Zapier.
• Experience owning full applications end to end in smaller teams.
• Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
• Experience handling GDPR/PII including data classification and audit trails.

• Own projects end to end, from scoping through delivery.
• Take part in system design: data models, service boundaries, and component communication.
• Work closely with business and tech teams on scope and architecture.
• Build and maintain frontend web applications using TypeScript, React, and Vite.
• Build and maintain backend services with Python and FastAPI, including APIs, authentication, and data models.
• Design PostgreSQL schemas, write complex queries, and manage versioned migrations.
• Develop event-driven components and message queue handling (e.g., Kafka), including retries, ordering, and semantics.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
• Manage and fix CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions or similar tools using Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
