Wymagania
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance in an international environment
- Understanding of insurance companies' or banks' operations, including key processes and business models
- Experience in functional design of IT solutions and IT implementations
- Creativity, resourcefulness, and proactiveness in solving complex problems
- Ability to ensure quality deliverables through analytical thinking and synthesis skills
- Experience in team management and accountability for team results
- Ability to work full-time in Poland and the European Union
- At least a bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in English sufficient for confident collaboration with native speakers
Nice to have:
- Experience in implementation-related or strategic consulting in insurance or bancassurance
- Ability to build lasting positive relationships with clients and team members
- Knowledge of German or French
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of work time for client engagements abroad
- Experience with successful sales or upselling on projects
Obowiązki
- Be part of consulting or implementation teams during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies
- Coordinate small, Agile implementation projects or independently lead a project area
- Lead complex business analysis, define functional requirements, design solutions, and mentor junior team members
- Act as a team leader, facilitating workshops and driving communication as needed
- Work closely with software developers and IT architects daily
- Act as a Scrum Master with the option to develop as an Agile Coach
- Support B2B sales activities by preparing RFPs and presentations
- Act as Relationship Manager/Account Owner for specific clients
