Middle DevOps Engineer

• Solid hands-on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering role.
• Proven production-grade experience with Google Cloud Platform including GKE, Compute Engine, networking, IAM, DNS, and cost management.
• Deep hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production covering networking, ingress, autoscaling, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Strong Terraform skills in production environments; experience or eagerness to learn Terragrunt.
• Working knowledge of Helm and Docker/containerized workloads.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows; experience with Argo CD is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki/ELK.
• Scripting skills in Bash and/or Python.
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS) with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Experience participating in on-call rotations and handling production incidents using tools such as PagerDuty.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Terragrunt or eagerness to learn.
• Hands-on experience with Argo CD.
• Background in iGaming or other high-load B2B/B2C products.

• Operate and continuously improve production-grade GKE clusters on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm, and actively contribute to migrating infrastructure to Terragrunt.
• Own the GitOps-based release process with Argo CD to enable smooth, predictable deployments.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
• Drive postmortems to implement changes following incidents.
• Build and maintain observability and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki/ELK to detect issues proactively.
• Automate routine operational tasks and improve infrastructure standards and documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as part of the team.
