Senior Data Ingestion Engineer

We operate globally in the IT industry with our own development resources, serving clients such as Oriflame, Sanofi, and Coca-Cola.

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the AWS platform.
• Proven experience designing, deploying, and maintaining automated document and data ingestion pipelines.
• Experience with OCR technology, specifically AWS Textract, for complex document processing.
• Hands-on experience with AWS S3 (bucket strategies, storage policies, security).
• Experience with AWS Step Functions for workflow orchestration.
• Experience using AWS CloudWatch for metrics, logging, and alarm orchestration.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal).

• Build, maintain, and optimize end-to-end document data ingestion pipelines.
• Implement and refine OCR data extraction solutions using AWS Textract for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents.
• Design automated pipeline workflows using AWS Step Functions and manage cloud storage via AWS S3.
• Write efficient Python scripts and complex SQL queries to parse, clean, validate, and transform data.
• Set up automated alerts, performance monitoring, logging, and error handling using AWS CloudWatch.
• Collaborate with client engineering teams working within Central European Time (CET) business hours.
