Senior Oracle Siebel Consultant

In4ge is a recruitment company focused on connecting talented professionals with suitable companies. They currently seek a Senior Oracle Siebel Consultant for a telecommunications client from Sweden. The Polish team has about 20 specialists, expanding in the near future, working on maintaining and developing CRM solutions based on Oracle technologies.

• Commercial experience with Oracle CRM Siebel.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle RODOD.
• Good knowledge of Oracle Database technology.
• Practical experience in PL/SQL programming.
• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Practical English language skills at a minimum B2/C1 level for written and oral communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of Order Management, Billing, and Procurement processes.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of integration architectures.

• Support, maintain, and develop Oracle Siebel CRM solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production incidents.
• Analyze requirements and collaborate closely with business stakeholders.
• Design and implement system change requests.
• Work with Oracle databases and PL/SQL code.
• Support system integrations between CRM and other corporate systems.
• Provide technical expertise to optimize the system.
• Create and update technical documentation.
• Collaborate daily with distributed teams (business, development, integration).
