• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role with Agile teams such as Kanban.
• Very good communication and facilitation skills.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, with ability to choose practices based on team needs and maturity.
• Good work organization, independence, and responsibility.
• Systemic thinking skills to see dependencies between team, processes, product, and organizational environment.
• Ability to diagnose problems, identify root causes, and initiate resolution actions.
• Analytical and logical thinking skills and ability to use data for decision making.
• Skills to identify areas for improvement to increase team and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and effectively initiate and lead changes.
• Coaching skills to support team autonomy, responsibility, and solution finding.
• Experience handling conflicts, difficult situations, and differing perspectives.
• Orientation towards continuous improvement and measuring the effects of changes.
• Experience working with multiple teams, inter-team dependencies, and scaling Agile practices.

• Collaborating with other Scrum Masters and responsible persons to solve problems beyond a single team.
• Promoting Agile principles and values through practical actions and results rather than simply implementing processes.
