Scrum Master (k/m)

RAIL-MIL sp z o.o. is located in Warszawa and operates in the sector relevant to Scrum Master roles.

• Higher education (preferred fields: technical, management, psychology, coaching, or related)
• Minimum 2 years as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Coach, or similar role
• Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Agile, and SAFe
• Experience facilitating SAFe and Scrum events and coaching Product Owners and leaders
• Knowledge of dependency management, Value Stream Mapping, metrics, and Flow Metrics
• Ability to work with data and metrics
• Experience with tools like GitLab, Microsoft 365, and Miro or Collaboard
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Readiness to work in hardware-software environments and projects with high quality and security requirements
• Independence, maturity, empathy, and active listening
• Communication skills, relationship building, facilitating discussions, and conflict resolution
• Orientation toward development and continuous improvement

Nice to have:

• Certifications: PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe RTE, or SAFe Practice Consultant
• Certifications: Kanban University, Lean Six Sigma, or PSM II / III
• Experience working with DevOps

• Support Scrum teams in effective collaboration and project realization
• Ensure team work quality and efficiency
• Prepare, facilitate, and improve Scrum and SAFe events including PI Planning
• Support work organization and decision making to achieve goals
• Foster team skill and competence development
• Act as mentor and coach
• Identify and remove obstacles, risks, conflicts, and communication issues
• Develop Kanban practices
• Analyze Flow Metrics and identify bottlenecks
• Support backlog and inter-team dependency management
• Assist teams in applying collaboration principles, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done
• Visualize and improve workflow, including boards, flow policies, and WIP management
• Initiate and support Continuous Improvement activities
• Develop organizational standards and co-create Scrum Master Community of Practice
• Support SAFe methodology implementation
