Wymagania
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 Collaboration: Teams (meetings/voice), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
- Strong fundamentals in Identity & Access: Entra ID (MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC; PIM a plus); knowledge of Okta/SSO concepts (SAML/OIDC) is a plus.
- Strong skills in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
- Experience with structured troubleshooting and excellent documentation habits.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices: Incident, Problem, Change management; with a root cause analysis mindset.
- Experience with Zoom Admin and Adobe Admin Console; Apple Business Manager is a plus.
- English language proficiency at least at B1 level required; French or Italian is an advantage.
Obowiązki
- Serve as Tier-3/SME escalation point for enterprise Collaboration ecosystem incidents.
- Resolve major and complex incidents and conduct root-cause analysis for durable fixes.
- Administer collaboration tenant/platform configurations ensuring security, compliance, and consistent service quality.
- Manage Microsoft 365 tenant settings, Entra ID access controls, Zoom, Adobe Admin Console, and Apple Business Manager.
- Operate within an ITIL-aligned operational model handling Incident, Problem, Change management with strong stakeholder communication.
