Wymagania
- 5+ years of experience in Risk Management, IT Compliance, Operational Resilience, or a related area within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DORA, with experience assessing compliance, identifying gaps, and driving remediation activities.
- Knowledge of business continuity, crisis management, and IT service continuity practices.
- Ability to independently facilitate workshops, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and communicate effectively with senior management.
- Solid IT background combined with analytical skills and experience working in regulated environments.
Obowiązki
- Support a financial services organization in strengthening operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
- Lead assessments, stakeholder workshops, and improvement initiatives related to regulatory requirements, business continuity, IT resilience, and governance processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
