Customer Technical Service with German

• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2)
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting roles
• Strong technical aptitude and interest in consumer electronics, smart devices, home & garden equipment, or power tools
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear, customer-friendly solutions
• Good knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
• Readiness to work from an office in Katowice
• 2 years of experience in a similar position

• Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to products, accessories, mobile applications, and connected devices
• Guiding customers through product setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Identifying root causes of technical issues and determining appropriate solutions
• Escalating complex cases to specialized teams when necessary
• Documenting customer interactions and technical findings accurately in internal systems
• Educating customers on product features, best practices, and preventive maintenance
• Ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets
• Work from office in Katowice (Zabrska 19, Global Office Park), Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00 and Saturday 9:00-13:00
