Project Manager - Banking (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in two areas: developing systems for clients mostly in finance, banking, fintech, and e-commerce, often creating new solutions or features; and supporting clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager, IT Project Manager or similar role
• Experience managing projects in the banking sector, with knowledge of banking specificity, processes, regulations, and working in large organizations
• Comfortable working in enterprise environments involving many stakeholders, business, and technical teams
• Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and set priorities
• Independent and responsible for projects
• Strong communication skills with business clients and technical teams
• Ability to detect risks, dependencies, and potential issues early and react accordingly
• Ability to structure complex subjects into actionable steps
• Fluent English language skills

• Lead and coordinate projects and topics executed for clients
• Work with clients and technical teams (teams of 3-8 people)
• Manage multiple concurrent topics and prioritize effectively
• Communicate effectively with business clients and technical teams
• Identify risks, dependencies, potential problems and react timely
• Organize complex topics into concrete actions
• Take responsibility for assigned projects
