Manual Tester

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manual testing (functional, regression, layout/visual layer) of web services and mobile applications aimed at commercial clients - Middle level
• Knowledge of software development processes and application lifecycle
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and software testing standards (ISTQB or equivalent)
• General banking knowledge including products and services (accounts, credits, payments)
• Ability to design and execute test scenarios, test cases, functional tests, regression tests, exploratory tests, end-to-end tests
• Ability to create test scenarios, project documentation, record test results, and report defects using Jira and Confluence
• Ability to analyze business, functional, and system documentation
• Ability to identify, document, and report defects with business impact assessment
• Ability to assess defect impact on business processes and end users
• Familiarity with testing support tools like Jira, Confluence, Xray
• Knowledge of WCAG standards and tools such as NVDA screen reader and WAVE extension
• Familiarity with VoiceOver (iOS), TalkBack (Android), and browser developer tools
• Ability to use Adobe library and Figma application
• Ability to analyze application logs and error messages
• Experience testing solutions for individual and business clients, preferably in financial or banking sector
• Experience testing mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms
• Experience working with microservices

• Plan, prepare, and execute manual tests for web services, mobile apps, and banking support solutions
• Analyze business, functional, and technical documentation to prepare test scenarios and cases
• Develop, update, and maintain test documentation including test scenarios, test cases, test reports, summaries, and recommendations
• Perform functional tests verifying functionality correctness against business and system requirements
• Execute regression tests after changes, fixes, or new features deployment
• Verify end-to-end processes covering full user paths in bank digital channels
• Perform non-functional tests including compatibility verification
• Test mobile applications on iOS and Android systems across various OS versions and devices
• Test web services using supported browsers and devices
• Verify correctness of UI presentation and compliance with user experience (UX) requirements
• Test digital accessibility, particularly compliance with WCAG standards and banking regulations
• Conduct exploratory tests to identify errors not covered by test scenarios
• Record, classify, report, and verify defect fixes using agreed test and issue management tools
• Collaborate closely with business, analytical, project, and development teams to clarify requirements and handle detected issues
• Perform tests on properly configured and parameterized test environments
